I had a truly enjoyable experience during my stay at Crowne Plaza - Dubai Jumeirah. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going the extra mile to make me feel special. However, I did encounter some issues with the dining service, as the food was sometimes not served at the right temperature. Overall, I appreciated the comfortable room and the location near Jumeirah Beach, which made for a pleasant visit.
My stay was pleasant overall, but there were a few aspects that need improvement. The rooms were comfortable and clean, though I did have a little unwelcome visitor during the night. The staff provided excellent service and went above and beyond to cater to my needs. However, I faced some delays in reaching the housekeeping department by phone, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, it's a nice hotel with great service, but there's room for improvement.
